Direction

- Boil 2.5 cups (600 ml) of water. Add Kanokwan Thai Southern Sour Curry Paste.
- Add fish, shrimp or meat 200g.
- Add bamboo shoot, papaya or vegetable 200g.
- Adjust the seasoning. (Suggestion: 3 tsps of sugar and 6.5 tsps of fish sauce)
