Green Curry Paste
- Stir Kanokwan Green Curry Paste with 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk until oil appears on top.
- Add 200g. of any kind of meat. Stir until cooked. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water.
- Add round eggplant, sweet basil leaf and long red chili and wait until boiled.
- Adjust the seasoning. (Suggestion: 3 tsps of sugar, 1 tsp of fish sauce, or salt)
