• ใส่น้ำมันพืช 1-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ ให้ความร้อน
• ใส่เนื้อปู ไก่ หรือเนื้อสัตว์ตามชอบ 200 กรัม เติมซอสผัดพริกไทยดำ ตรากนกวรรณ ผัดให้เข้ากันจนสุก
• ใส่หอมหัวใหญ่ พริกหลากสีและต้นหอมตามชอบ ผัดให้เข้ากันจนสุก
