• ต้มน้ำ 2 ถ้วยตวง (480 มล.) จนเดือด ใส่เครื่องต้มยำ ตรากนกวรรณ • ใส่กุ้ง หมึก และเห็ด หรือเนื้อสัตว์ตามชอบ 200 กรัม ต้มจนสุก • ปรุงรสตามชอบ แล้วโรยหน้าด้วยผักชี • Boil 2 cups (480 ml) of water. Add Kanokwan Tom Yum Paste. • Add Shrimp, Squid and mushroom or meat 200 g. Simmer until meat is thoroughly cooked. • Taste and adjust the seasoning, then sprinkle on top with cilantro.
