• ต้มน้ำ 2 ถ้วยตวง (480 มล.) จนเดือด ใส่เครื่องต้มยำ ตรากนกวรรณ 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ (30 กรัม สำหรับ 2-3 ท่าน) • ใส่กุ้ง หมึก และเห็ด หรือเนื้อสัตว์ตามชอบ 200 กรัม ต้มจนสุก • ปรุงรสตามชอบ แล้วโรยหน้าด้วยผักชี • Boil 2 cups (480 ml) of water. Add Kanokwan Tom Yum Paste 2 tbsps (30 g for 2-3 persons). • Add Shrimp, Squid and mushroom or meat 200 g. Simmer until meat is thoroughly cooked. • Taste and adjust the seasoning, then sprinkle on top with cilantro.
